This contract is month-to-month for online program starting the day in which the property management company is emailed their username and password from WebListers; which is for the use of the online template program created by WebListers and ad designed by WebListers for posting on posting websites.
The rate each month will be $49.95 per month for hosting the program per 5
 users. Each additional 5 users will be $49.95 per month. There is a one time fee of $99 for programming and design. Payment is auto-deducted from a major credit card at the first week of the month. Credit Card is charged the first week of the month for that current month's use. Program may be shut down if credit card comes back declined and is not paid after seven days of the first of the month.
Property management will have access to posting template for the purpose of posting to web posting site for its intended purpose. Such use and access
 will be continuous on a 24 hour basis except for interruptions by reason of maintenance or downtime beyond WebListers' reasonable control.
Property management agrees to follow all posting websites "Terms of Use". If Property management has selected to add a blog and blog tools to their
 program the cost of this is an additional $49.95 per month and is is auto-deducted from a major credit card at the first week of the month for
 hosting blog that month. Blog may be shut down if credit card comes back declined and is not paid after seven days of the first of the month. The
 following terms apply to the blog tools and blog site if selected by property management.
Property management will use the online template program only for its
 business operations and will not permit the online template program to be
 used by or for the benefit of anyone other than this Property management
 office. Property management will not have the right to sell rights to access and/or transfer or assign rights to access. Property management may not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works based upon this program.
WebListers will provide space on its server for storage of data necessary
 for using the online template program. Property management will not have
 direct access to this server and is not permitted to use this storage space
 other than to store the online WebListers Program. WebListers will have the
 right to delete and move stored information on server as needed which could
 result in deleting of old templates. Auto-Posting feeds to sites is an
 optional service and can be discontinued at anytime by either party.
Technical issues or problems with online template program shall be directed
 by email to: help@weblisters.com. Email for help should include a full
 description of the issue.
WebListers agrees to give Property management 30 days notice when price
 changes occur. If Property management wishes to cancel their online program
 then Property management agrees to give 30 days notice. In addition,
 WebListers has the right to end service with Property management with a 30
 day notice. No refund shall be given in any of the above cases in regards to the design and programming fee, nor the monthly template program hosting
 fee.
Property management acknowledges that the online template program and other
 data on WebListers websites embodies logic, design and coding methodology
 that constitute valuable confidential information that is proprietary to
 WebListers. Property management will safeguard the right to access this site and other programs on WebListers site and server using the same standard of care that Property management uses for its own confidential materials.
