We rent to military members, retired members, civil service, DOD, and general public. Rising View is located close to good schools, freeways, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. There is a $20 per month per pet fee for a second or third dog or cat. There is a limit of three pets per household. We do not have any weight restrictions. Please ask us about breed restrictions.
